Top 100 Attractions Review

With fairgrounds all over the world closing down and families having to find alternative activities to entertain their children, there still remains one hidden gem that's managed to stand the test of time, that's Barry's Amusements & Funfair in Portrush. For decades this family fun centre has entertained families and still today it remains in the same family that started the fairground back in 1925. Stories like the Chipperfield & Trufelli families meeting are very rare and if people were to believe in fate, this romantic match of two previously famous circus entertainers is even rarer. Frank Trufelli who ran Barry's successfully for 35 years has now entrusted the job to his much loved daughters Kristina & Lisa, a job they do very well indeed. Even today, people from all over flock here and along with their romantic history is why we feel Barry's Amusements & Funfair deserves this Top 100 Attractions accolade.

Barry's Amusements & Fun Fair

All the Fun of the Fair. The words have never been more true. Barry's does indeed offer something for everyone - of all ages. With ample car and coach parking and, of course, since it is Ireland, a roof, the whole family is guaranteed a great day out.
