Chalke Valley Stores opened on the 3rd June 2013 in the premises of the URC Chapel in High Road, Broad Chalke. The full facility (also known as the Chalke Valley Community Hub) offers both retail and community facilities

  • A village shop
  • Outreach Post Office
  • Coffee shop with wi-fi services
  • Collection point for deliveries, dry cleaning etc

The shop stocks a wide range of everyday and special products, with a focus on locally made and fresh produce. Our range includes:

Daily delivered fresh fruit & vegetables

Fresh bread and hot pasties, sausage rolls etc

All baked on the premises daily

Delicious home-baked cakes, quiches, pies and pastries

Fresh coffee and cakes in the Coffee Shop 9am-4pm daily

Fresh meat from Manor Farm Meats and other local suppliers

(special orders taken - e.g. for your Sunday roasts!)

Organic Chicken from Angel Cottage Farm every 3rd Wednesday of the month

Local organic beef from Cools Farm available monthly

Super organic bread from Henderson's Bakery every Saturday

Proper bread made the old-fashioned way - Wholemeal, sourdough a speciality - and ‘Pain Rustique is excellent!

Daily Newspapers and free Wi-Fi connection

Dry cleaning pick up / drop off on Wednesdays
