Walk in the footsteps of Ryan Giggs. See where Madonna stood. Where Shane Williams laced his boots and where all the action takes place on event days. Come and explore the magnificent facets and features that make the Millennium Stadium one of the most impressive icons of modern Wales. Join one of our experienced tour guides and visit the Press Conference Suite where the worlds of rugby and journalism meet. Experience the build up before the match in the Dragon's Lair, Wales's team dressing room. Hear the roar of 74,500 fans as you walk down the players' tunnel towards the hallowed turf. Learn about the only palletised pitch system and fully retractable roof in the UK, which allows the entire playing surface to be removed to create one of the world's largest indoor arenas. Take in the view of the pitch from a VIP hospitality suite, and finally lift the trophy to the skies like a sporting superstar in the President's Box, an area normally reserved for royalty.

Author's Review

On the original site where once stood the Cardiff Arms Park, the Millennium Stadium emerges gracefully up from the busy streets of Wales's capital city. Not only is the stadium capable of hosting all the top rugby and football games but is also one of the UK's top concert venues. From great stars such as Tina Turner, The Stereophonics, Manic Street Preachers not forgetting the recent Michael Jackson Tribute concert, which was shown in many countries worldwide. So as you can see, taking a tour around the stadium is not only awe inspiring but breath taking. As you walk through the same corridors and dressing rooms that have played home to some of the worlds sporting giants to the press conference room that graces our TV's every year. Then to be able to stand near the great pitch that's hosted many a great sporting battle. A Millennium Stadium tour is worth every penny.
