Top 100 Attractions Review

I liked my tour so much the first time I did it, I jumped at the chance of doing it a second time. I always say and I stick to this statement wholeheartedly, that the sign of a Top 100 Attraction, is one that is on your mind at least a week after you have visited it. This is definitely to be said of the Jameson tour here in Dublin. I really loved the film at the beginning of the tour, telling you the story of the Jameson distillery and how it has become a world wide success. The tour guides are all very knowledgeable and really do know they're stuff! Also just as your thinking your tour is over you arrive at the distillery bar where of course a tasty dram of this mystical nectar is available. But for those who don't drink, a complimentary soft drink is also available.

The Old Jameson Distillery

Attraction

The Old Jameson Distillery

Triple Distilled, Twice as Smooth.

Join us for a guided tour through the romantic past of Irish Whiskey making, learn about the Angels Share, Triple Distillation and above all the smooth taste of Jameson Irish Whiskey.

Open 7 days all year, the journey begins with an audio-visual presentation followed by a guided walk through the recreated distillery and culminates in the Jameson Discovery Bar with a complimentary glass of Jameson Ginger and Lime and a chance to become a "Qualified Irish Whiskey Taster". Why not consider a delicious lunch in the 3rd Still Restaurant or browse the Distillery gift shop, were you will find exclusive Jameson gifts or a special memento of your visit.

Or make it an evening visit! From May to October, Thursday and Saturday night from Saturday nights, from 7.30-11.30pm (*subject to availability), join in the fun at the Jameson Irish Night. Enjoy a Jameson cocktail while the Host “Barrelman” invites you into the world of Jameson Irish whiskey. Enjoy a delicious dinner and music show- while the Jameson band, Sine Metu , play a selection of songs as tribute to great modern Irish artists like Thin Lizzy , U2 and Van Morrison.
