Situated in the dip, right in the centre of Enniskillen, lies one of the most historic pubs in Ireland. Beneath ground level at this fine Victorian building, a remarkable and dedicated couple have brought it bang-up-to-date with their outstanding brand of fine dining at their sensational restaurant 28 at the Hollow. As their talented, creative fingers reach ever into new ventures, the restaurant has a casual vibe, but the food is anything but. Great skill and imagination goes into the edible masterpieces created here by Glen, and his team, working alongside his wife Zara, who’s dynamic personality graces the front of house. There’s a relaxed, family atmosphere throughout, with great service from a friendly team of dedicated workers.
