For centuries now the Irish people have been living off the land & sea and there is absolutely nothing they don’t know about when it comes to farming. John Fitzgerald has been running his popular Seaweed Tasting Tours on this pristine coastline for over a decade and I chose his experience above many others because people arrive onto his tours as visitors and come away as friends. John knows absolutely every inch of the Co. Kerry coastline and the sheer enthusiasm that emits from him when on one of his tours is infectious.
