Bay Horse Arnold is a lovely old rural country pub and restaurant in the village of Arnold, not too far from Skirlaugh – they’re slightly off the beaten track, but what a hidden gem this place is! They are a family friendly establishment with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, offering a great kids menu and play area to keep the kids entertained while the adults enjoy exceptional food and a great selection of beers and wine. The restaurant is well-appointed, clean and cosy, the service is faultless, and the staff are welcoming and amiable, you are made to feel right at home from the moment you arrive! Their Sunday roast comes highly recommended – top quality meat, tender and full of flavour, perfectly cooked and served generously with traditional veggies, roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and gravy - absolutely scrumptious!
