Whether you like the weird or the wonderful, prepare yourself to be amazed by this fascinating location. The ice show is phenomenal! Featuring some of the most renowned skaters in the world, you can expect the unexpected. Not your thing? There is a variety of other shows you can indulge in while here too. All of the shows are great in their own way! Can you believe that it is here that you will find the world's tallest rollercoaster? At 235ft high, get ready for the ride of your life! For something a little different, Ripleys believe It or not is fun while also being educational. For a more gentle alternative, the 18-hole Adventure Golf attraction is great for all ages!

If you were to be asked the top ten reasons for visiting Blackpool, I can guarantee that Blackpool Pleasure Beach would be right there at the top. This attraction has gone from strength to strength for well over a hundred years, and has managed to satisfy the appetites of many thrill seekers through the decades. What I also like about this attraction is that it has managed to stay in the same family for over 80 years, a family who have loved this park as much as they loved each other. Amanda Thompson, the now owner of the resort, is one of Lancashire's leading businesswomen, but not because of the legacy of her ancestors, Amanda has managed to bring the park into the twenty first century in style. I also recommend booking a ticket for the Amazing ‘Hot Ice' show, which in my opinion certainly gives ‘Starlight Express' a run for its money.
