Blackwell House
Author's Review

This dreamy and intimate boutique hotel is ever so charming. As soon as you walk in, you will not want to step back out. Surrounded by natural beauty, it’s a great place for all. Fancy a relaxing stay in a countryside hideaway? Very comfortable accommodation is available in both the main house and nearby cottages. With a sauna, and the option to have your own private hot tub, you are in for a magical experience. Eating here is always a culinary treat. Expect the highest quality of ingredients and a wealth of mouthwatering dishes. For a luxury afternoon, the Blackwell House afternoon tea is renowned for serving the best home made scones in the area. The in-house cookery school is also superb. It is such a fun experience, and you get to sample so much delicious food too. More than your usual Guest House, this is a home-away-from-home. And it is dog friendly too!
