It is a beautiful experience to watch the wild boar of Chipping roam free throughout the countryside. It is truly a wonderful destination if you enjoy the outdoors.
Continue your adventure by meeting and feeding some fascinating species of animals. From lambs to meerkats, or skunks and racoons, it is a haven for all ages.
Children love stroking the baby chicks and they can even go on a fun tractor ride at certain times of the year.

The riverside walk is stunning and you can feed wild birds at designated feeding stations too.

They have some exclusive camping pods that are extraordinary. Accommodating up to four people, they are very stylish and have fantastic amenities.
There is also a Café that serves delicious home made food, mainly using ingredients that have been locally sourced.

Don't be fooled by the name of this attraction, the Bowland Wild Boar Animal Park isn't just as it's name suggests, a park full of wild boar, quite to the contrary. With lambs, meerkats skunks and its daily chick stroking, just to name but a few, this animal park really does provide a full day of things to do and see. One of my favourite attractions at this Animal park was the New 'Iron Age' Round House and with this attraction still being a family run business, ran with families in mind, you'll not be disappointed with everything that is on offer here. Your visit here isn't just limited to one day either, with the addition of the new Glamping Pods, you can be on your very own mini safari, minus the lions and tigers obviously! All in all, the Bowland Wild Boar Animal Park offers nothing but smiles and I honestly cannot wait to return!
