The mini resort here at Bryndu not only offers a great place to camp for the night, or the safari tents, but they also boast a wonderful holistic and beauty centre ran by the award winning Emma Gittoes. Wether you are staying here, or staying somewhere else locally, your more than welcome to avail of the many treatments and therapies that Emma offers and it's always good to make time for yourself and remember if it makes you feel beautiful, then do it. The prices here at Bryndu Holistics are very reasonable and as money is tight for a vast number of us, value for money is at the core of everything that Emma does. I know sometimes booking a spa treatment can be a spur of the moment thing, but I must advise that Emma does get very busy and it is advisable to book ahead to avoid disappointment.
