I was fortunate enough during my visit Northern Ireland, to meet Catherine, one of half of the mighty duo that run Corrigan’s Shore House. Catherine and her husband Nathan have been running their perfect 4 star B&B for a huge number of years now and she is one of the old guard when it comes to hospitality within Co.
