Cream o’ Galloway
There’s so much to do at Cream o’ Galloway and so many ways to add extra fun or experiences into your day that it’s a good idea to plan your visit in advance. If you are planning your first visit to Cream o’ Galloway start by checking our Opening Times Calendar to see what’s on and which activities are available. During “Weekends and UK School Holidays” our visitors are mainly family groups of mixed ages looking for a whole day filled with fun! All our activities are open and if you choose a Full o’ Fun ticket then you can enjoy unlimited use of all our playground including Drop Slide, Flying Fox and Pedal Karts. If however you want more action, book our exciting new eKarts or Crazy Golf when you arrive (extra charges apply). Our eKarts are fun and green for ages 6-15 years. You can also add an event to your day, such as Cheese Tasting, Ice Cream Tasting or the Finlay’s Farm Tour-check online calendar to see which events are happening on your planned visit date. Once you have decided when you want to visit and what you want to do, book online and save 10% on event costs.
On “School Days” our visitors tend to be adults or parents with pre-school children, and the range of activities we have open and our pricing reflects this. These days are a perfect time for our younger guests to explore Go Boing and our Mini Play Zone! The Food Tour offers a ‘behind the scenes’ experience of the farm, ice cream and cheese production and is more adult orientated.
Review
This attraction started from humble beginnings, where back in 1994, they took the very bold decision to change what was just your usual milking farm, to a long path to becoming one of Scotland’s best Ice Cream Farms. Today, Cream ‘o’ Galloway isn’t just your usual ice cream farm, it has become a massive Scottish attraction and with the addition of so many activities and things to see and do, this award winning attraction has made Scotland not just famous for its whisky production, but now also for its organic ice cream. The staff are really friendly, the entrance fee is very reasonable and more importantly, this attraction is one that has so much to offer, you just won’t want to go home. When I visited here, I only had a couple of hours spare, but I really wanted to stay longer and I’m an adult, so imagine how much of a good time your children if you have any will have.
