Home from home is the order of the day here at Darven Cottage B&B. This charming home, is home to writer David Kelso. Complete with their own bathroom, Darven Cottage offers a chance to experience island life at its very best. Located only seconds away from the beach at Sannox, you’ll be able to witness what is just an everyday occurrence for David and that’s the family of seals and other marine wildlife that call the Isle of Arran their home. What I also liked about Darven, was that there are no TV’s in the rooms, a chance for you to just switch off and relax in what is an amazing setting. Having said that, Darven sports a great Wi-Fi connection and for those of you with a tablet or laptop, you’ll have no problem connecting to the outside world. Then there’s the breakfast, freshly cooked and using local produce, you’ll be spoilt for choice!
