Our guests can enjoy a meal in our elegant restaurant before heading to our rustic bar where they can sit and relax with a glass of wine or enjoy one of our special selection of whiskeys. For guests using the accommodation at the Derby Arms, all of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. No overnight stay at the Derby Arms is complete without trying its breakfast which includes a full Lancashire breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and crumpets with cheese and bacon. The Derby Arms is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing getaway in the Longridge countryside or for corporate clients, such as those visiting UCLan in Preston or BAE Systems in Warton or Salmesbury. Here at the Derby Arms we can offer private dining and will soon be taking bookings for our function room which will be perfect for conferences, weddings, christenings and other parties.

Seafood is an important part of our menus, with daily changing specials showcasing the catch of the day, straight from legendary fish monger Chris Neve. And it doesn’t stop there, each of our menus consists of a wide range of dishes using locally sourced meat, poultry and game.

If you’re looking to hold a function, event or celebration with us, then choose from the main menus, or work alongside our chefs to create a bespoke menu, tailored to your exact needs.

We cater for business events, corporate hospitality, product launches, meetings, seminars, lunches, dinners and networking events. Or family celebrations, including christenings, birthday parties and anniversaries. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, however, we can often accommodate at very short notice, for funerals and last minute needs.
