The Dingle Whiskey Distillery in Kerry is a riveting success story about three young fellows who decided to pioneer a brewing company in 1996 and take on the big names in the industry from the humble beginnings of a small shed in the town of Dingle. Needless to say, Liam LaHart, Peter Mosley and Oliver Hughes are extremely passionate people, and have pulled out all the stops to deliver a sublime, award-winning range of whiskeys to rival the best on the market. This independent distillery, with Master Distiller Graham Coull at the helm, focusses on flavoursome, carefully crafted spirits versus quantity. As such it has achieved glowing accolades not only for its whiskies, but also for its award-winning gin that tastes of Ireland itself, and its unique quintuple-distilled vodka.
