Enochs Fish & Chips(Llandudno Junction)
Established in 1969 by local fish merchant Arthur Enoch Hughes, Enochs fish and chips is nothing less than a Institution, familiar to locals and a traditional stopping place for visitors. In 2006 Danny White-Meir became the custodian, humbled by Enochs legacy and inspired by his parents.Passionately driven and committed to producing consistently great food, Danny says, “ I believe it's the simple affair of great fish and chips that appeals to all generations and when it's created with love, integrity and attention to detail, there's nothing better.” Every aspect of Enochs is created with love and passion. The design of the ship shops are inspired by the coast and beach, the fresh air and sea and the people we've met and places we've seen along the way.
