Festina Lente is a not-for-profit organisation which provides a range of occupational, learning and employment opportunities for people whose needs have not been met in mainstream services.We also have a variety of public services and facilities for everyone to enjoy on our campus in Bray – an Equestrian Centre & Riding School offering lessons, camps and equine facilitated learning programmes, a beautifully restored Victorian Walled Garden where we host lots of fun seasonal family and events and children’s workshops and birthday parties, a Garden Centre, an open air Cafe and shop so why not pop along for a visit. Festina Lente has further plans and intends to continue to develop the Festina Lente Campus & Walled Gardens as part of the full services of our non profit charity as well as offering more education and training programmes.

At Top 100 Attractions we don’t just measure an attraction merely on how many visitors it gets, how much money it takes, or simply how big its name is, I look for a lot of attributes, but visitor experience, set against value for money it has to be said, are my main priorities. I also feel that if an attraction is on your mind long after you’ve left, this also adds to the justification of including an attraction as one of my Top One Hundred. Festina Lente here in Co. Wicklow is one of Ireland’s most humblest of visitor attractions and whether you are in Ireland on holiday, on a short break, or even if you are lucky enough to live in Ireland, a visit here will stay with you long after you’ve left.
