Susan has come down from the north west of England and brought with her over 20 years of expertise and experience in the catering industry.
After training at Accrington and Rossendale Catering College, she went on to work in the Flyde coast of Blackpool and Lytham St Annes. Susan spent several years in Lytham's only 4* hotel. After working her way up the ladder catering for the likes of tv and film stars, government ministers and even Prince Andrew, as well as cooking for individuals, small parties, up to gala dinners and banquets for over 400 people, Susan went on to become Catering Manager of the resorts only holiday complex Ribby Hall and Stringers Department Store where along with her team she gained an Award from the Sunday Times Good Food Guide.
Susan made the move to Newquay Summer 2011 bringing with her a truly “Fresh” approach!
Fresh is a great venue for individual dining, special occasions and light snacks and meals from breakfast through to evening. If you party is over 35 in number we are happy to hire the complete venue and we can create celebration cakes of all kinds to order including birthday cakes, celebration cakes and corporate cakes through to 3 & 5 tier wedding cakes.
