Glengoyne Distillery
Review
Glengoyne is located on the Highland Line, so that its stills are in the Highlands while the whisky matures in casks in the Lowlands. Scotland has its fair share of distilleries, but what sets them apart are the tours they each offer. At the Glengoyne Distillery and Visitor Centre, the team of staff is super-friendly, vastly knowledgeable, and really cares about every single person that they take on one of their very popular tours. I think that this is made all the more possible by the fact that they are still run very much like a family-owned business, and so can give just that little bit of extra attention to the very many that come to visit them each year. The distillery itself has a great selection of whiskies which all are available to sample on tour! So, what are you waiting for?
