The Greenway Manor Hotel is a family run hotel and they’re ethos is what’s at the very heart of this hotel. Having met the family, they not only care about the hotel itself, but all those who pass over its threshold. Cathy & Sean Johnston, along with their amazing team of staff, have invested heavily in bringing this hotel to the standard it is today and for that they have to applauded. 23 tastefully decorated rooms await you and I was lucky enough to see a few of them during my visit. Located only a stone's throw away from one of our attractions, Mount Congreve Gardens, which is just one of many fantastic attractions that Co. Waterford has to offer, you're also not that far away from other great places like Kilkenny and the city of Cork. This hotel is a great base and offers huge value for money.

No matter what you do during the day, whether it’s cycling or walking the amazing and aptly named Greenway, or visiting some of Co. Waterfords eclectic mix of attractions, the Greenway Manor Hotel has two possible food offerings for you. For those who are just happy to relax and sit and eat ‘Fish and Chips’ or a ‘Rib Eye Steak, cooked to your liking in the Manor Bar, that’s fine. Or whether you're looking for something a bit more fine dining in the Bishops Restaurant, you’ll not be disappointed whatever your choice. The Johnston family and their great team of talented chefs, put everything into both menus and the provenance of the food they offer is taken very seriously. I was very impressed with what this family has achieved in a very short space of time and I’m confident you’re going to be very well looked after during your stay.
