Their vision and dedication have elevated the restaurant from its previous incarnation, propelling it light years ahead. The reputation precedes itself on the Island; I've yet to encounter an islander unfamiliar with its merits. My time at Hewitt’s was not just a meal; it was a journey through culinary excellence that left a lasting impression. The anticipation for my next visit to taste their monthly taster menu is palpable, for I know it’ll be a return to a place that feels both novel and warmly familiar.
