Hickory’s Smokehouse is an authentic American BBQ. Here you can enjoy a traditional style of cooking that has its roots in the US, but that we think deserves to be just as popular over here.Our menu will offer two styles of BBQ. The southern-style ‘Smoker’ BBQ uses slow, wood-fired cooking in our specially imported American smoker oven. The ‘Yankee’ BBQ section of the menu is cooked over sizzling hot coals – both styles create unbelievably tender, delicious meat and fish.The Kids....Kids are a very big part of Hickory’s...We will have regular competitions and we are still hard at work thinking how we can keep the kids happy and entertained. When we open you will just need to let us know how many kids will be dining with your party and we can make sure we have the table laid up with high chairs or/ and booster seats ready for your arrival.

Our smokin’ BBQ doesn’t take a break but we’ll be serving up some seasonal specials too. Try our Smokehouse Turkey Dinner – smoked turkey, pigs in blankets, tater tots, collard greens, fried cauliflower mornay & homemade gravy. But wait, there's more. Because traditions are the heart of the holidays, we've whipped up a sweet treat to top it all off – our Jam Jar Mince Pie Fro-Co! If that duo doesn’t shout “It’s Chriiiisssstmas!! Dive into the warmth of the season with our winter warmers lineup that includes a Winter Spiced Apple, our Hickory's Eggnog and a Cinnamon & Biscoff Hot Chocolate (our tip...make it boozy & add a drop of the hard stuff). Question is which one will you go for?
