They are best known for their award-winning premium RubyBlue liquers, plus a range of Vodka’s, Gins, and Whiskey, all infused and crafted with quality flavour and harmony. Learn how to make RubyBlue’s famous range of spirits with their tasting tours around the on-site distillery. Perhaps you fancy joining the in-house mixologist for a cocktail making masterclasses, or the Gin School where you can take part in their spirit distilling process and take home your very own gin or vodka creation using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
