Our Bistro offers you a relaxed dining experience. Whether you are nipping in for a quick bite, you are out to enjoy an evening with family or friends, or you are celebrating a special event, we will do our very best to meet your needs.
Children are welcome and so are large groups. We can offer you our normal menu or we can help you to create your own, within your budget.
We also offer a take-away service.
Our menu offers something for everyone. Children and teenagers can choose everything from burgers to pizzas while grown-ups can choose something a little different (but only if you want to!).
We have a summer lunch menu offering hearty soups, sandwiches, salads and old-time desserts like Knickerbocker Glories.
Our Specials Board offers a range of seasonal dishes where the ingredients are sourced locally and created in our kitchen. You really won't find them anywhere else.
You can choose from a wide range of beverages at the bar or wines from our collection.
We offer traditional and local beers and you can choose from an extensive and varied wine collection from our very special wine room. We have cocktails, gins and whiskies too. If you prefer a cup of tea with your fish and chips, no problem!
Hunters Wine Room offers an extensive range of Italian wines. You can sit, relax and enjoy the very best wine from many of Italy's regions and we have bottles to suit most budgets.

We also hold wine tasting events fairly regularly to allow you to find one you really like.


You will probably want to nibble on something while tasting from our wine selection.

We offer a range of platters to suit every pallet. But most folk who visit choose to partake from our menu and our specials board. One you take a look at what our chefs offer we are sure you won't be able to resist. Wine goes really well with pizza too, or so our #1 Pizza chef tells us!
