Award-Winning: In the Welsh Wind Distillery, is a business with a difference. Producing craft gins and pioneering the first ‘grain to glass’ Welsh whisky for over 100 years, the distillery is ‘open’ and therefore welcomes visitors to come and find out more about what happens on the West Wales coast. Spend some wonderful time learning about distillation and the importance of botanicals, and find out the ‘heads’, ‘hearts’ and ‘tails’ of a distillation, and best of all, sample your gin as it develops! Double bubble! Visitors can learn the stories behind the product, and how through hard work and determination, premium brands of gin and whisky have now become part of the very fabric of West Wales. Best of all, visitors get to personalise heir bottle and take it home to enjoy.
