This hotel is located perfectly in the town of Kilkeel, on the Co. Down side of the Irish sea. Lenore & Sam Hamilton, the present owners have spared no expense in renovating this hotel and it can be seen not only in the main hotel areas, but in the rooms as well. No matter where I look, I can tell this is a family run hotel and staff are so friendly, not because they’re being paid to be, but because they actually want to be and in the hospitality trade and as customers, that really matters. I Don’t only want to focus on the rooms though, the food also deserves a mention. The restaurant manager and his dedicated team also care about making your stay a memorable one. The food is all where possible locally sourced and the menu I found was really affordable, as well as offering high quality.
