Lakeland Maze Farm Park

Attractions

Lakeland Maze Farm Park is one of the top attractions in the Lake District. We are open on weekends from April 2018 and on school holidays from Easter. Then the maze opens from July until September and there are fun activities for all ages and lots of animals to meet! Whether you’re visiting the Lake District on holiday or are lucky enough to live nearby, the Lakeland Maze Farm Park makes a great day out for all the family. Throughout the day there are tractor rides around the farm and chances to meet and feed the animals in the pet barn and out on the farm. It’s a great place for the family to spend a fun-filled day! We do not allow dogs (other than registered assistance dogs) in the maze or in the farm park, but we do have a couple of kennels available to leave your dog in whilst on site if you wish. Lakeland Maze Farm Park won the Maize Maze of the year in 2011 and for the second time in 2013. Come and find out what makes the Lakeland Maze Farm Park an award winning visitor attraction for yourselves.

Review

Having been lucky enough to write these books for many years now, I have visited some great attractions and I can honestly say, that the smaller ones I've enjoyed just as much as the big guys. Take the Lakeland Maze Farm Park for instance, situated just outside Kendal, this innocent little attraction ticked all of my boxes and very much for the right reasons. The staff are friendly, the admission price wasn't too expensive and although there wasn't as many staff as other attractions and judging how busy they were, I found each team member to be helpful when asked a question and even if they didn't know the answer, they went out of their way to get me the information I needed. This is a small attraction with a huge personality and as well as the maze, the farm park will be a huge hit as well. A huge Top 100 Attractions thumbs up!
