Maybury & Malvern View Holiday Cottages
The Houghton family have lived at Upper Lightwood Farm in the village of Lower Broadheath near the city of Worcester since 1949.
It was originally a mixed farm, then it moved into entirely milking cows and now has beef cattle and holiday cottages.
Maybury (a bungalow) was built as a herdsmen cottage but has now found a use as our smaller self catering property. It has proved to be very popular with our customers and we have many repeat bookings each year.
Malvern View has gradually been evolved to be a separate holiday cottage from a rather rambling 17 century farmhouse and connected granary. It has glorious views of the Malvern Hills and surrounding countryside.. It is the larger of our 2 cottages and provides very spacious accommodation.
Both cottages are well equipped and maintained by the owners Richard and Christine Houghton who live on site in the Farmhouse.
Visit Britain have awarded the rating 4 stars to both cottages
