Melin Llynon
Review
“A little magic can take you a long way.” Roald Dahl.
Pâtisserie Chef Extraordinaire: Richard Holt, has written his own recipe for success; by blending a healthy dose of pure imagination, a touch of enchantment and oodles of talent. The result of this winning formula has created a fab day out for all the family, and attracts visitors like honeybee’s to this Michelin Chefs new initiative: ‘Melin Llynon’. Having taken ownership of Llynon Mill, which is a gristmill located on the outskirts of the village of Llanddeusant, Richard and family have transformed the ancient windmill and roundhouses, into a show stopping family attraction. Offering a kaleidoscope of treats including delectable donut’s, a scrumptious chocolate factory and a life-sized wild animal ‘safari’ for little ones. There’s even a chance for the grownups to indulge in a gorgeous gin, which Richard has created in partnership with Llanfairpwll Distillery. “If you want to view Paradise, simply look around and view it.”
