Themed areas from ‘Spooky Street’ featuring The Creepy Crawler roller coaster, to Neverland – favoured by all little visitors. Enter the magical world of Peter Pan in this awesome £4m family-themed area. The Neverland area spreads across more than three acres and features 10 rides and attractions. Among the rides are ‘Skull Rock' pirate log flume, complete with 12-metre-tall sculpted skull, the ‘Lost Boys Adventure', ‘Neverland Chase', ‘Tink's Flying School', ‘Crocodile Coaster', ‘Jolly Roger' mini galleon. ‘Hook's House of Havoc' soft play and the ‘Sights of London' taxi ride featuring Big Ben, the Tower of London and Nelson's Column. Oakwood has to be Wales's Premier Theme Park. With plenty of rides to keep you occupied all day, you are guaranteed not only value for money, but lots of great memories. After being recently taken over by Spanish theme park giants the Aspro Group, the management at Oakwood have got massive plans for the theme park and although it would be a far better place to visit on a non rainy day there is one thing that is for certain, that no matter the weather the fun goes on all day at Oakwood.
The Boars Head is a fantastic little pub and has now been under new ownership since 2018 and the owner really has not spared any expense with this refurb of this pub and with the help of his great team,
