One restaurant that has got that combination nailed, is O’Connors Seafood Restaurant here in Bantry. Simply put, it comes straight off the boat, delivered to the restaurant that day and is on your plate that evening. You can’t get more fresh than that. Shane Spillane is the restaurant's present proprietor and he takes his role as restaurateur very seriously. Whether your tickle is a tasty bowl of mussels, handful of oysters, or a simple order of ‘Fish & Chips’ the team here at this popular eatery will bend over hand and fist to make sure you don’t leave hungry. Oh, wait a minute, did I tell you about their homemade brownie? There you go, I just did!
