We are a husband and wife team, working together to run our little bistro style restaurant. We are dedicated to serving tasty food, and providing good service. We took over On the Hill in July 2008, now almost six years on we are delighted with how we have been able to grow. Our small team of chef's (with Rowan as head chef/patron) continue to develop new and exciting dishes, so when you return to us there's always something different to try! The restaurant is housed in a 16th century building, with beautiful dark wood beams, oak floors and intimate lighting throughout the two floors of the restaurant, it definately has the air of a bistro, with artwork by Rowans great-grandfather and padded pew seating.
