Be a Keeper
Peak Wildlife Park keepers are so good, so knowledgeable, people say they should be bottled! Work alongside them, behind the scenes feeding and caring for the stars of the Park. Meet the happy bunch and see how PWP works for conservation and sustainability.
Perfect for little people, our Mini Keeper Experience is a great way for little monkeys to meet all their favourite animals!
Just like our Keeper Experience, the Mini Keeper Experience is a unique hands on experience with almost all the animals here at the park. You’ll spend your time getting to know some of the parks biggest stars, and you’ll be responsible for giving them their dinner!
LOOK A PENGUIN IN THE EYE
A real, hands-on, behind the scenes visit to the Penguins. Our penguins are a friendly bunch, and they enjoy meeting friendly people! See a penguin's bedroom, the layout of their new walkthrough, and work with the keepers to care for PWP's Humboldt colony.
MEET THE SPECIES
Get up close and personal with your favourite species! Get the inside track on your favourite lemurs or hang out with the meerkats...!
Choose from Meerkats, Lemurs, Wallabies or Giant Sulcata Tortoise.
HIRE A KEEPER
A great way for groups to get the most from a visit is to hire a keeper to tour the Park with you. Find out more, learn more!
Having featured Peak Wildlife Parks sister site in Pembrokeshire, Manor House Wildlife Park, I knew this attraction was going to be good, well at least that’s what I thought! What I found was far better than what I expected. From the Penguin paths to the Wallaby Wonderland, Peak Wildlife Park really does have it all. Take for instance the African Village, and the animals within it. Every effort has gone into the authenticity of the village, from the animals to the walkthrough itself and all this goes to show just exactly how much the hard working owners have put into making your experience the best it can be. Open seven days a week and fairly priced, Peak Wildlife Park is an absolute must on anyones visit to Derbyshire and being in control of their own food outlets, their stone-baked pizzas are to die for, just not by a Lion I hope!- Top 100 Review
