Penderyn Distillery is the home of Welsh Whisky, and brings forth award-winning, single malt whiskies and spirits from the cliffs and plateaus of the Brecon Beacons in South Wales. With a second distillery opening in Llandudno in 2021, and a third one in Swansea in May 2023, Penderyn has ignited the great Welsh whisky revival; winning global accolades for their world-class whisky. Penderyn is a real success story, offering a truly unique experience and flavour. Headed by an all-women distillation team, there are currently fifteen thousand casks in the maturation warehouse, just waiting for the optimal moment. Bringing together north and south Wales, was a journey that began over 20 years ago; tours are available 7 days a week (Masterclasses at weekends), and are overflowing with fantastic, funny and informative facts, as well as delicious, light, fruity and flavoursome whiskies.
