Both Bre and Graham cook and though neither consider themselves chefs, Graham trained (many years ago) at Gleneagles in Scotland. They have an AA dining award and both have a love of cooking and enjoy fusing together different flavours. They're reinstating the vegetable garden and hope soon to be providing all the vegetables for the restaurant at Pentre Mawr. Everything is homemade even the bread. The menu changes slightly, nightly. ( Try saying that with a few glasses of wine!!!) They also have a dedicated vegetarian menu and are more than happy to make adjustments to the menu for dietary needs or just coz you prefer a different sauce with your main course!
