Pickie Fun Park has been extensively redeveloped for 2012.

Children can play in the adventure playground,enjoy the watery fun of the splash pads, enjoy a ride on the electric car track or climb aboard the Pickie Puffer for a narrow-gauge railway journey around the colourful landscape.

All the family can pedal a giant Swan around the shallow waters of the lovely Lagoon, compete with each other in the new mini golf course or take a break in the cafe.

The fun park is at the gateway to the Marine Gardens, a delightful stretch of coast for leisurely walks. There are panoramic views of Bangor Bay and the hills of Antrim beyond. Just take a seat, relax and marvel at the wonders all around, or eat your picnic before making your way round to Wilson's Point. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the views over Belfast Lough.

Pickie Fun Park is another one of those hidden gems that we at Top 100 Attractions prides ourselves on. Innocent family fun is what you will find here, and I would of said upon first glance that Pickie is for younger children only until I cast my eyes on the water walkers! I absolutely loved watching the teenage faces of all those inside these giant floating balls, they looked like they were having a blast, and that's before I even mention the huge Pedalo Swans! Pickie offers a real fun experience for every age group of the family, and yes I mean adults also! A huge amount of money has been reinvested into Pickie and after spending some time even in their wonderful cafe this was very clear to see. I found Pickie Fun Park to be a very affordable attraction and offers both of our criteria as a Top 100 Attraction, Visitor Experience set against value for money!
