Rathsallagh House
Review
A dreamland for couples, immerse yourself in the luxury of this exclusive Country House Hotel. Remember when Julia Roberts hid out in Ireland with Jason Patrick after ditching Kiefer Sutherland at the alter in the 90’s? Well, that was here, at Rathsallagh. The accommodation options are impeccably designed for a great night’s stay. Can you believe that this place was originally the stables of a Queen Anne House which burned down in 1798? Having been reconverted into a now stunning hotel, it is an absolute treat to stay here. The multi award restaurant is always a big hit with foodies. There is a fantastic menu and the food is all organically produced. For a little bit of extra fun and luxury, there are some great facilities in this venue. Tennis court, golf course, croquet lawn, billiard, or archery, there is something for everyone to enjoy. There is even a sauna room with its own private outdoor jacuzzi. Having been voted best Wedding venue several times, the whole place can be reserved for all kinds of events and conferences. When visiting, do check out the giant Redwood.
