Sandy and Peter Bingham have been the owners of the restaurant for some 25 years and Sandy has been ‘front of house' for most of that time. Specialising in fresh, local produce we pride ourselves on selling only the best Welsh Beef and Lamb together with Rhosneigr Lobster, which we believe is unique to our restaurant. Our menus showcase local fresh produce but we do offer exotic dishes too in the form of Kangaroo, Pigeon and Ostrich and these are very popular indeed. We take pride in sourcing unusual and off-beat ingredients giving diners at Sandy's Bar & Bistro a unique dining experience. High Season we are open every day from 9.30 am to 1am serving breakfasts, lunches and evening meals. Last food orders 9.30pm.
