This extremely clever couple, specialise in authentic slow-rising sourdough, and using their own fresh and delicious fruit and vegetables, from the family farm. Having trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, Kemal has baking in his Soul, and this successful couples’ mantra is; “ Product is King.” Situated in Londonderry, the second-largest city in Northern Ireland: few can resist the mouthwatering aroma of freshly baked Neapolitan pizza, the leopard-spotted crust, gloriously limp with tomatoes and melting, mozzarella cheese. What was created in the city of Naples, beneath the molten lava of Mount Vesuvius, has travelled beautifully to lucky diners in Northern Ireland.
