Slebech Park

AttractionsEating OutAccommodation

Slebech Park is set at the centre of a 600 acre privately owned estate with a commanding position over the upper reaches of the Daucleddau Estuary, deep in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. This a location that is off the beaten track so much so that it is often described as being on the ‘hidden waterway' yet it is actually very accessible and easy to find once you have been given the code! Slebech Park has 15 bedrooms situated in a Grade II 18th century Coach House built round a central courtyard. Each bedroom is unique but is decorated to the same simple but chic theme that is designed to promote the stunning landscape outside and the lawns running down to the waterside. The surrounding hills roll down to the estuary with its never ending supply of wading birds. This is an intensely relaxing place where you can simply sit and watch the slow ebb and flow of the tide. The scenery is constantly changing with the changing tide. Here you can enjoy real countryside with not another building in site and on a clear night you can star gaze to your heart's content.

We are very proud of The Park at Slebech Restaurant and its reputation as one of the better places to eat in Pembrokeshire, even for breakfast. The kitchen team are dedicated to using the best local produce including vegetables from the kitchen garden to prepare dishes which display the true taste of the food. The dinner menu changes daily to reflect what is the best available locally and to provide a tempting choice to those that are staying for a number of nights.
Slebech Park is conveniently situated in the centre of Pembrokeshire within easy reach of all the stunning beeches, Norman castles and offshore bird sanctuaries and other attractions that make the county such a popular tourist destination. Slebech Park is particularly well position for those wanting to explore the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path recently accredited by National Geographic Magazine as one of the ‘must visit' places in the world.
The extensive facilities and grounds provide for a wide range of corporate, private or charity events. Not surprisingly the stunning waterside position of Slebech Park has made it one of the most sought after wedding venues in West Wales.
Slebech Park with its extraordinary waterside position and it attention to detail in all it does has become one of the premier hotels in West Wales. We are proud of our reputation and are keen to improve in everything we do.

''Embrace The Taste''

Review

Slebech Park along with its grand hall, is steeped in history and around every corner there are so many amazing things to see. I still, weeks after visiting Slebech Park have fond memories of the stunning views on offer of the banks of the tidal daucleddau river estuary. In recent years Slebech Park has been an inhospitable place, which goes against the parks history. For centuries the estate along with its magnificent hall have been welcoming weary travellers who needed a bed for the night, but now the new owners of the estate have made it their absolute mission to open every door to the public, and with the help of the Pembrokeshire National Park, have opened up their grounds for people to roam and enjoy the many acres of countryside heaven. With some of the highest quality accommodation Pembrokeshire has to offer, Slebech Hall has a wide selection of rooms to suit anyone's tastes.
