Slice is owned and run by business partners Adam Bannister and Chris Harris. Experienced chefs, the pair have been cooking together since college and subsequently in high end restaurants around the country. With an eye for detail in both their food and service, they aim to deliver the best experience possible in their small, 16 seater restaurant on Eversley Road. Since opening in 2014, Slice has gained entry to the Michelin Guide and Good Food Guide. In 2015 Adam won the Welsh title on the BBC’s Great British Menu and is competing again in 2016.
