St Davids Gin & Kitchen
“…the summer and the snows, the wild welter of earth, and the insistence of the sun.” D. H. Lawrence.
St. David’s Gin & Kitchen has been created purely from a deep passion for the St. Davids Peninsula, community, environment and locally grown food. The highly attractive peninsula has been a cultural hotspot for thousands of years, and is home to a wealth of history. Supporting local farmers and fishermen: St. David's Gin and Kitchen insists on only the very freshest and best, locally sourced produce, delivered straight from farm to fork. Always seasonal, local food highlights include; Welsh Black Beef, Lamb, Cheese, Crab, Mackerel and Lobster, and fabulously fresh and crisp vegetables, which travel less than 3 miles to get to the restaurant. Also, if gin is your thing, St. David’s Gin is made using botanicals foraged off Ramsey Island, which is an RSPB reserve.
