We want to help create an experience where all the hassles are taken away. A place you can enjoy quality time with your family, friends and loved ones. We know campfires and cooking outdoors are a must, so we provide every pod with its own fire pit and bbq. We don’t think camping would be the same without them!We want each guest to feel like they’re treated as an individual and not just a number like in some of the bigger holiday sites.
We now have 24 Pods all spaced out enough so you still get your own privacy but you’re never too far away to say ‘Hi’ to your neighbours and meet new friends.

We have a total of 24 Cosy Camping Pods – all the same in size. Each comes with 2 good quality single beds and mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep. The beds can be pushed together to make a double, or if they’re placed in an L shape, you can even fit a double airbed in.
Pods sleep 2 Adults (max) and up to two children (or three small children if they can fit on a double airbed - this is a squeeze). You just need to bring your own bedding and additional airbeds / roll mats if bringing your children.
Pods are insulated to keep to a nice temperature, but if you do feel the chill we have free hotwater bottles you can borrow. Pods also come with coat hooks and battery powered lights.
Our Pods don’t have electricity connected so it’s an authentic camping experience – but if you do need to charge phones or plug in your hairdryer, there is plenty of power available in the nearby Lakeside Lodge.
Pods each come with a 2 in 1 firepit / bbq. Firewood is available to buy for £5 per bag and firelighters for £2. For bbq’s you would need to bring your own charcoal or a disposable.
NEW - Chair hire is now available for £3 per chair (keep for the duration of your stay).
Bookings also include 24hr access to the beautiful Lakeside Lodge which has a kitchen including free teas, coffees and hot chocolates! (just bring your own milk). We also have mugs, glasses, spoons, cutlery, a kettle, microwave, toaster, 2 x tall fridge/freezers, three wet rooms with toilets/ 24hr hot showers, and a large common room. Power sockets are available in the lodge, and we also have a block of heated loos close to the Pods.
