Our award winning Terrace Restaurant at the Westville Hotel is being re launched this weekend. Gavin Cassidy Executive Head Chef is delighted to be at the helm of The Terrace Restaurant. Having started his career training under Neven Maguire, Derry Clarke and Stephen Gibson, Gavin has been Executive Head Chef at the Westville Hotel since its opening five years ago.
Gavin has carefully created a new tantalising menu offering the best of modern cuisine which includes a number of Gavin's own signature dishes and amazing homemade desserts all complimented by a cellar of fine wines.
Not only is this new menu sumptuous, of course, but also wholesome, elegantly simple and uncomplicated! Only the finest local produce from Northern Ireland will do, and wherever possible Fermanagh are sourced and used. In terms of quality and freshness, it makes all the difference to our dishes. It also means Gavin and his team serve up the best in traditional and contemporary cuisine at affordable prices to you.
A sleek open planned kitchen dominates one corner of the restaurant, a trend adopted to allow the workings of the kitchen to be in view to add an element of theatre to your dining experience. Sit back and observe the chefs create a masterpiece on your plate!
The Extensive A La Carte menu which appeals to a broad selection of tastes & budgets is available on Friday and Saturday with food served from 6pm to Late.
