Just outside Bangor is an absolute gem for a family outing for the day. The Ark Open Farm is a family-run affair that offers barrels of fun and memory-making opportunities for children and parents alike. The farm literally has it all – nature trails, a café and a gift shop, an enormous range of animals to feed and cuddle, tractor rides, quad rides and both indoor and outdoor play areas. There is a huge jumping pillow, a Jurassic area and an enchanting Fairy-tale Forest to delight people of any age. The farm is set in a vast 40 acres of gorgeous property, and we cannot recommend a visit here highly enough.
