The Bridge Inn

Eating Out

Review

The Bridge Inn is a simply lovely old Yorkshire inn. This comfortable inn off Cote Lane in Thurgoland, Sheffield, has lovely tartan carpets, a large-screen television and a wood-burning stove! The cosy corners offer intimate nooks for a quiet drink while the seating at the tables come with single chairs and banquettes to choose from when you are having a meal. In fine weather the friendly outdoor space beckons. Drinks and meals are why you stop here, so try the cask ales or a lager before tucking into a splendid home-cooked pub meal. The portions are generous and the variety will please everyone, with traditional fare to meals with a Continental flavour. It is worth noting that the inn caters specially for vegans and vegetarians. And whatever you do – choose a dessert from the chalkboard!
