Come and relax within our 400 year old inn beneath the ancient beams, and enjoy your meal in contemporary decor near an open fire that burns throughout the year.
We take a lot of time and care in choosing who supplies produce to The Chequers. As a company we aim to be as environmentally friendly as we can and this in turn is a demand we make of our suppliers.
Our Gallery has space for twenty guests, the restaurant for sixty guests or hire the whole pub. For larger events, we can erect a beautiful marquee in our garden for up to 150 guests.
