The Coach & Horses
Review
Perched perfectly within the heart of the Ribble Valley and only a short drive away from Clitheroe's historic castle and the serene Trough of Bowland, the Coach & Horses emerges as a romantic haven. Owned by Sue & Ko Labejj along with their expert team, this gem even boasts a unique Micro-Brewery, adding a charming touch to what is undeniably one of the British Isles' finest country pubs. With seven rooms that really does epitomize perfection, each space is a testament to the highest standards of decor, reflecting the inn's continuous award-winning legacy. My visit revealed the essence of its accolades, particularly through a simple lunch that showcased the culinary brilliance deserving of its double rosette. The Coach & Horses is not just a pub; it's a love letter to British hospitality, where every detail whispers of care and excellence, making it an unforgettable escape in the countryside.
