Already featured twice in the Good Food Guide, and rhapsodised on TripAdvisor and other Social Media platforms; Chef Patron Mike Jones, creates food fit for Angels in this highly individual premises. Outstandingly skilled and imaginative, this local Chef, together with partner Debbie, have blended the flavoursome formula of Spanish ‘Tapas’ with British ingredients and techniques, using sparkling fresh, locally sourced seasonal products. This is the kind of restaurant where heavenly food memories are created, and the temptation to keep it secret from the rest of the world is almost irresistible. However, the secret is out and booking in advance is a good idea, as the popularity grows in this lovely little Anglesey town of Menai Bridge for the fabulous food and chilled atmosphere.
